This is a fairly new clinic but is growing very quickly. Lots of friendly and competent doctors to choose from. Receptionist and nursing staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Great location with an easy access carpark. Has a pathology and pharmacist next door which is extremely convenient. The office staff were extremely helpful and kind. Dr Ish was very good at her job. She listened and was very knowledgeable. She is a very supportive doctor.

The Telehealth call saved me the 20 minute drive to attend the appointment. This was greatly appreciated as it was a confirmation of signatures which did not require my physical presence. The call came through promptly. Very appreciative.

Amazing receptionists, friendly, helpful and smiling. Lovely bright waiting area. Dr Ibrahim and the nurses are very supportive and I feel very comfortable and confident of my care being top quality whilst having skin procedures and after care at My Skin Plus.

I wish to leave a 5 star review for both the GP and staff for the kindness, courtsey and professionalism extended to me recently. I am a travelling Queenslander in Tasmania caught by Legislation forbidding dispensation of some interstate prescriptions. This has come at a shock and great surprise. My home GP was nothing but rude, unhelpful and I am cutting my Tasmanian trip short by two months. Legislation is changing but not quickly enough for myself. I wish all the staff at My Clinic Plus. Everyone I had contact with were very understanding. I was emotional and distressed. I highly recommend this well run and understanding and human based practice. Regards

If you feel vulnerable, anxious, stressed or are dealing with health concerns, everyone I have encountered at this clinic is patient, kind and professional. Dr Ishi and Dr Shammi are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. On top of great clinical expertise and care, the reception team are also fabulous and treat patients with respect and dignity (Karen and Debbie(?) I think were the names of some lovely receptionists who are great at what they do. :)

Best clinic in the North West region so far. Dr Harry and Dr Shammi are my GPs, and my experience with them has been exceptional compared to other clinics. I had some complicated health issues and Dr Harry supported me although with his medical expertise prior and post surgery. I have always been treated with respect, compassion, and genuine care. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality healthcare 🙏.
